3. เช็คลิสต์เงื่อนไขการคืนหลักประกัน (Release Conditions Checklist)

ผู้รับเหมาส่งมอบงานครบถ้วนตามขอบเขตงานในสัญญา และได้รับการตรวจรับเรียบร้อยแล้ว The Contractor has completed and delivered the entire scope of works in accordance with the Contract, and such works have been duly inspected and accepted by the Company.

ผ่านระยะรับประกันผลงาน (Defect Liability Period) ครบกำหนดตามสัญญาแล้ว The Defect Liability Period stipulated under the Contract has fully expired.

ไม่มีงานบกพร่อง (Defect) คงค้าง หรืองานบกพร่องได้รับการแก้ไขเรียบร้อยแล้ว There are no outstanding defects in the works, or all such defects have been duly rectified by the Contractor.

ไม่มีค่าปรับ ค่าเสียหาย หรือภาระทางการเงินใด ๆ ค้างชำระจากผู้รับเหมา There are no penalties, damages, or any financial liabilities outstanding and payable by the Contractor.

ไม่มีข้อพิพาท (Dispute) หรือการเรียกร้อง (Claim) ที่ยังไม่ได้ข้อยุติระหว่างคู่สัญญา There are no unresolved disputes or claims pending between the parties to the Contract.

เอกสารส่งมอบงาน (As-built, Manual, Test Report ฯลฯ) ครบถ้วน The handover documents (as-built drawings, manuals, test reports, etc.) are complete.

ผู้รับเหมายื่นหนังสือร้องขอคืนหลักประกันอย่างเป็นทางการแล้ว The Contractor has formally submitted a written request for the release of the security.

ตรวจสอบแล้วว่าหลักประกันยังมีผลและถือครองโดยบริษัท It has been verified that the security remains valid and is held in the custody of the Company.
